A 17-year-old claimed that she was raped by her manager at his home, five days after she began working for him in a bakery shop in Seri Kembangan.
- Tricked into going to the suspect’s apartment
- Raped victim twice, forcefully performed lewd acts on her
- Ignored teen’s plea she was menstruating
- Threatened victim not to tell anyone about assault
- Suspect arrested
The incident is believed to have happened on Oct 24 at the suspect’s apartment in Puchong Prima.
It is learnt that her boss, in his 50s, had brought her to his home at 11am under the guise of having her help him collect some items.
The man, who runs a cake shop, had asked her to follow him into one of the rooms to retrieve several items.
The man then locked the door and attacked the victim.
The suspect allegedly raped the teenager twice and also forcefully performed lewd acts on her.
Even when the victim pleaded and repeatedly told him that she was menstruating, he ignored and continued violating her sexually, The Sun Daily reported.
He is believed to have threatened the girl not to tell anyone about the assault.
Subang Jaya district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohammad Azlin Sadari said a police report was lodged by the girl’s parents on Oct 26.
“Our investigators managed to detain the suspect at a hotel in Puchong at about 3.45am today.
“He will be remanded soon,” Azlin said yesterday.
