Prepared for arrest.
Updated: Lokman has left Bukit Aman after having had his statement recorded. He left at about 12.40pm on Friday (July 26).
“My statement took 25 minutes to be recorded, but the long wait was because the Bukit Aman CID director was discussing with his men on whether to arrest me or not,” he told media members gathered outside.
Lokman added that he told the police that he would bring all relevant evidence in connection with the sex video implicating Azmin Ali if he is charged in court.

Mukhriz HazimUmno supreme council member Datuk Lokman Noor Adam has been summoned by Bukit Aman to have his statement recorded.
This comes following allegations he made against the Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador pertaining to the latter’s handling of the investigation into the sex video implicating Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali.
Lokman, who arrived at the federal police headquarters in a Toyota Hilux pickup truck at 10.15am on Friday (July 26), was seen carrying a red luggage bag in anticipation of his possible detention.
“The D5 Special Investigations Unit has called me in to record my statement – there have already been two occasions – and it normally ends with my arrest.
“So, this time I came prepared for if I am arrested; we’ll see how long they can arrest me for,” he said.
“I still stand by my earlier statement that the IGP had lied on several aspects of the case,” he added.
Lokman recently said that forensic experts in Indonesia had confirmed the authenticity of the video recording, adding that there was no evidence of it being manipulated or edited.
The video showed two men engaging in homosexual activities. Former Santubong PKR Youth chief Haziq Aziz identified himself as one of the men, and also named Economic Affairs Minister Mohamed Azmin Ali as the other man.
Azmin has strongly denied the claims.
Last week, Hamid said local experts held that the video could be authentic, but said the actors could not be positively identified.
This led to Lokman accusing Hamid of lying to the public.
He alleged that it was unacceptable that Azmin has not been detained so far in the course of the investigation following a detailed analysis of the video by CyberSecurity Malaysia (CSM).
Lokman also called on the IGP to resign from the post.
“We are confident that the IGP is protecting a criminal. He cannot protect Haziq as he had admitted to it,” Lokman said today.

“I am asking for him to step down from his position as IGP,” he added.
“He (Hamid) is unfit to be the police chief because he was not telling the truth about the forensic analysis by CyberSecurity (Malaysia).
“DNA samples extracted from the mattress (in the hotel room) have been concealed. Many things can be extracted such as sweat, nails and hair,” he added.
The IGP said a police report had been lodged against Lokman and he would let his men investigate it.

“I would like to state again that, as the IGP, I wouldn’t like to be involved in any political polemic, except if someone accused me (without basis),” Abdul Hamid added, in an apparent reference to allegations by Lokman that the police chief had lied about the authenticity of the video.
