A fake message which mimics The Star Online‘s and StarBiz‘s SMS news alert service is going viral.
The message which states that Renzo C Viegas is replacing Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz as CIMB Group’s chief executive officer is being circulated on messaging apps on Friday (June 29).
The Star confirms that no such message was ever sent via either news alert system.
