The wife of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has been asked to present herself before the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Thursday (Nov 15).
Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and her former special officer Datuk Rizal Mansor will be charged jointly on several cases at 2.30pm tomorrow regarding solar power supply and installation projects in schools in Sarawak.
Rosmah’s lawyer Datuk K Kumaraendran said she had given her statement to graft investigators ahead of her being charged.

“She (Rosmah) has completed recording her statement. She has been asked to come to court tomorrow,” he said when approached by reporters at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters on Wednesday (Nov 14).
Rosmah had arrived earlier at 11.40am and contrary to speculation, she was not arrested and instead allowed to leave.
The media, who had gathered since 8am, could only take photographs of her black Proton Perdana car which zoomed past the press corps, entered the MACC compound and headed straight into the basement.

Rosmah left the premises at about 2.30pm through an alternative exit, without speaking to the press.
