The case of female house officers sexually harassed by a senior doctor.
Ten victims and seven witnesses have been called up by an independent investigation committee to provide testimony on the allegations of sexual harassment against an orthopaedic head of department.
“Yes, the victims and witnesses have given their testimony,” Health Minister Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad told the media on Monday.
Last month, it was reported that female house officers alleged that they had been sexually harassed by a senior doctor at a hospital in the Klang Valley.
Following that, Dr Dzulkefly had asked victims to email him directly and the ministry set up the committee.
