Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang’s audience with the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah today, lasted only 30 minutes.
He had arrived at Istana Kinta at 10.50am and was seen leaving the palace at 11.37am.
No press conference was held following the meeting, but a press statement is expected to be issued by PAS later.
The PAS president had reportedly sent a letter to the palace on Thursday, seeking an audience with the Perak ruler to inform His Majesty of the “political situation involving PAS”.
