He was accompanied by his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.
Actress Ellie Suriyati and Umno supreme council member Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin were among Najib’s supporters spotted at the court complex ahead of the arrival of the former premier.

On Wednesday (July 4), Najib was charged with three counts of criminal breach of trust and one count of using his position for gratification as part of a probe into money missing from state fund 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB). He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Bail was allowed for Najib and set at RM1 million in cash in two sureties.
Payment of the bail was allowed to be made in two instalments and Najib left the court complex after paying RM500,000 with the remainder to be paid on Monday.
Najib also had to surrender both his passports.
Earlier, the organisers of a donation campaign to raise Najib bail said they had achieved their target of collecting RM500,000.

Pemantau Malaysia Baru (PMB) president Datuk Lokman Noor Adam, however, said the group would continue the donation drive to collect another RM2.4 million for Najib’s legal fees.

“Thank god we managed to collect the RM500,000 that was needed to bail Najib,” he said when met at the Duta Court Complex in Kuala Lumpur today.

“Not only did we have donations come in from all over Malaysia but there were also donations from Singapore, Indonesia and Canada,” Solidariti Bersama Datuk Najib spokesman Datuk Mohd Razlan Mohamad Rafii said.
