Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s son Datuk Mohd Nazifuddin asks why the government hid and did not implement the royal addendum for his father to serve house arrest.
This is after the Court of Appeal allowed Najib’s bid for leave to commence judicial review over an alleged royal addendum.
“The royal addendum exists, and it was not implemented.
“There are two issues now, why did you hide it and why did you not implement it?” he told reporters outside the Palace of Justice.
He said he did not want to elaborate as he would bring the matter further to the High Court next.
“I would like to express my highest gratitude to the Sultan of Pahang for confirming the existence of the royal addendum.
“It proves that it can be used in court and not hearsay,” added Nazifuddin.
