Police will call all relevant parties involved in the police report lodged against Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan.

Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin said there will be no double standards in the investigation, which include calling Takiyuddin to have his statement recorded.
“The police will conduct their investigation according to the law. Anyone who spreads seditious statements will be investigated.”
He said anyone who incited the public and created uneasiness would be probed, especially if a police report was lodged against them.
Hamzah was responding to questions on a police report lodged by Pakatan Harapan Youth yesterday.
The police report claimed that Takiyuddin had insulted the Yang di-Pertuan Agong with his statement that there was no firm date decreed by the King on when Parliament should reconvene.
His made the alleged statement in an interview published in Harakahdaily.net’s Facebook page.
On Tuesday, Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah expressed his view that Parliament should sit soon to enable the Emergency Ordinances and the National Recovery Plan to be debated by Members of Parliament.
