PKR deputy president Datuk Seri Azmin Ali did not show up to deliver his speech at the party retreat in Port Dickson on Saturday night (July 20).
The Economic Affairs Minister was given 15 minutes to speak to members after dinner but was not present as of 9.15pm.
It has been learned that the slot will instead be filled by a speech from party president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who had addressed the members in the morning.

Yesterday, Azmin was not present when Pakatan Harapan chairman Dr Mahathir Mohamad delivered the opening speech.
Approximately 120 members from the party’s divisions turned up for the retreat, which will end on Sunday (July 21).
Among the vice presidents who turned up at the retreat were Tian Chua, Rafizi Ramli, Dr Xavier Jayakumar and Chang Lih Kang.
Others who did not turn up to give their speeches were party vice presidents Zuraida Kamaruddin and Ali Biju.
Zuraida had earlier said she could not attend as she had official government engagements to keep.
Azmin’s political secretary Hilman Idham was tight-lipped about his boss’s whereabouts, with a terse “not attending” the sole reply to enquiries from The Malaysian Insight.
