A husband cheating on his wife was allegedly stabbed to death by his own son, who police believed was abetted by his mother.

The 17-year-old had apparently discovered that his father had been unfaithful to his mother.
At 11am on Jan 17, the teenager confronted his father, 45, in an upstairs bedroom of their Taman Nusa Bestari home in Johor Baru.
A heated argument broke out between father and son. The dispute led to a scuffle which ended with the teen stabbing his father in the chest with a kitchen knife.
Although he was badly injured, the man managed to make his way down to the living room, living a trail of blood behind him.
Police later found him dead on the living room floor.

Iskandar Puteri district police chief, Assistant Commissioner Noor Hashim Mohamad, said police were notified of an incident in the house and sent a response team.
After initial investigation, the teenager was arrested, together with his 40-year-old mother.
“We believe she was also involved in abetting in the murder,” he said.
The case has been classified under Section 302 of the Penal Code as murder.
Subsequently, police detained another four suspects to facilitate its investigation.
All aged 18, the suspects are believed to be friends of the victim’s son.
A four-day remand has been obtained for the suspects which ends this Monday.
Police are still looking for the murder weapon, a knife that was used in the stabbing.
