Former Goldman Sachs banker, Roger Ng Chong Hwa, has arrived in Malaysia to assist the authorities’ investigation into the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal.
The matter was confirmed by the Inspector General of Police, Tan Sri Razarudin Husain when contacted by Berita Harian today, adding that Ng arrived in the country at midnight.
However, he refused to reveal Ng’s current location due to security reasons.
“I confirm that he is already in this country,” he said. – NST
