Three new cases were reported today, pushing the total number of infected patients nationwide so far to 8,637, with 182 active cases.

Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham said all three involved Malaysians, with one imported and the other two local transmissions.
The local cases were detected after a pre-procedure screening on a blood cancer patient in Selangor, and a workplace screening in Sandakan, Sabah.
Sixteen patients have recovered, bringing the total number of patients discharged so far to 8,334, or 96.5% of all cases.
Four patients are being treated in the intensive care unit (ICU) with one requiring respiratory assistance.
The death toll remains 121, or 1.4% of all cases.
