Sultan Muhammad V of Kelantan has welcomed his first child, a boy, on May 21 from his marriage to Russian beauty queen Oksana Voevodina, reported the UK’s Daily Mail.
The birth was announced by 25-year-old Oksana on her Instagram account under the name Rihana Oksana Petra, which she assumed after marriage.
She posted new family pictures and a message in English and Russian accompanying a photograph of her baby’s feet.
She wrote: “21 May 2019 – the day when my life was divided into ‘before’ and ‘after’.
“Everything that I was told about the changes occurring with a woman after the birth of a baby is true.
“This love is special. These feelings are completely new. I am grateful to Allah and my husband for our son. Now there are three of us.”
Giving her new baby’s full name, she wrote in English: “Thank you for choosing our family, Tengku Ismail Leon Petra Bin Tengku Muhammad V Faris Petra.”
She also posted new pictures from her Moscow wedding and her pregnancy.
Oksana also confirmed she and Sultan Muhammad V underwent a secret Muslim wedding some five months before her very public ceremony in Moscow.
She and the former monarch will mark the anniversary of their nuptials this Friday.
