Gua Musang MP Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah has tested positive for Covid-19.
The 83-year-old Umno veteran popularly called Ku Li is currently undergoing treatment at the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC). His condition is reported to be stable.
Ku Li was a close contact of Nenggiri representative Ab Aziz Yussof.
Both Ab Aziz and Gua Musang Umno Youth chief Mohd Azmawi Fikri Abdul Ghani were confirmed as Covid-19-positive on January 9.
Razaleigh’s aide Lokman Abdul Ghani had also tested positive for Covid-19.
Three ministers and one deputy minister have recently tested positive for the coronavirus and are currently hospitalised.
