Missing former Sabah Chief Minister believed to have been sighted in London.

Pictures and a video of a man resembling Sabah Barisan Nasional chairman Tan Sri Musa Aman at the St Pancras International railway station in London have gone viral.

The photos and a 10-second video were posted by Facebook user Az Eem.

The post published a few hours ago on Thursday (May 31) was captioned: Ex CM (Chief Minister) Sabah spotted at St Pancras, London.

However, it could not be ascertained if the person seen in the clip dressed in a red sweater, red trousers and a cap, standing next to a luggage-laden trolley and a little boy, was indeed Musa.

Immigration director-general Datuk Seri Mustafar Ali recently said that if it is true that Musa is out of the country, he has broken immigration laws as there is no record of him leaving the country.

Musa is widely believed to have fled to London without using proper legal channels.

He has remained out of public view though he has made statements via his lawyers on several occasions.

Musa is being sought by police in an investigation into allegations of criminal intimidation against the Yang Dipertua Negeri Tun Juhar Mahiruddin.

Investigators from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) had also visited Musa’s home in Luyang as part of a probe into Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (Star) and its formation of an alliance with Sabah BN after GE14.

The Malay Mail reported the Facebook user who goes by the name “Az Eem” saying, “I can confirm that the person was Tan Sri Musa Aman. He was on his way towards the exit of St Pancras International Station, London. He was with his family.”

Apparently, no arrest warrant has been issued for Musa as yet.
