Cops Seeking Musa Aman over Alleged Criminal Intimidation of Sabah Governor

Musa believed to have fled the country.

Sabah police are looking for former chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman to provide his statement on allegations of criminal intimidation against the Head of State Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Tun Juhar Mahiruddin.

It is believed that Musa is not in Kota Kinabalu and possibly no longer in the country.

“We are trying to locate him now to get his statement as soon as possible. We have already got the statements of nine other witnesses and we need his statement to be able to complete investigations,” said Sabah police commissioner Datuk Ramli Din.

He added that no arrest warrant has been issued for Musa so far.

Police are investigating the case under Section 506 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation.
