Dr Mahathir Mohamad said there was “nothing secret” when asked to respond to Gabungan Parti Sarawak chairperson Abang Johari Openg’s claim that it was the prime minister who had initiated the meeting with the opposition on Tuesday.
“I’ve met him (GPS representatives). There was nothing secret,” he told journalists briefly after a function in Putrajaya.
Earlier today, Abang Johari said GPS’ representative had met Mahathir on the latter’s invitation.
