The government is allocating RM 1 billion to assist Bumiputera entrepreneurs.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, in announcing this, said several measures to aid the Bumiputera community, namely, in the entrepreneurial, Malay reserve properties, echnical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), and wakaf, would be implemented.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the Bumiputera Economic Congress 2024, Anwar had entrusted the government-linked companies and government-linked investment companies the substantial fund to aid Bumiputera entrepreneurs.
This, he said, is to create more Bumiputera entrepreneurs like Aerodyne, Les Copaque, Animonsta and Khairul Aming. – NST
