PDRM Transfers, Promotion of 32 Senior Officers

Selangor police chief Datuk Mazlan Mansor has been appointed as Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) director following the retirement of his predecessor Comm Datuk Seri Amar Singh on Dec 6.

His place in Selangor will be taken over by Negeri Sembilan police chief Datuk Noor Azam Jamaludin, who has been promoted to the rank of Commissioner.

Kedah’s top cop Comm Abd Rahim Jaafar has been appointed as the new Bukit Aman Management Department director while current deputy director II Comm Datuk Ramli Hassan has been promoted to Bukit Aman Special Branch deputy director I.

Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement (JSPT) Senior Asst Comm Datuk Azisman Alias, who has been promoted to the rank of DCP.

Bukit Aman Narcotics Crime Investigation Department (NCID) principal assistant director (Intelligence/Operations) SAC Zulkifli Ali has been promoted as the department’s deputy director with the rank of DCP.

Bukit Aman Management Department (Training) deputy director Datuk T Narenasagaran will take over as Penang police chief while Johor Criminal Investigation Department (CID) chief SAC Kamaluddin Kassim has been made Melaka deputy police chief.

The list also includes ACP Fazlisyam Abd Majid, who will be helming Selangor CCID.

ESSCom deputy chief of staff in the Prime Minister’s Department ACP Victor Sanjos will take over as Bukit Aman CCID deputy director (Cybercrimes and Multimedia investigation) with the rank of SAC while ACP Adlan Ahmad will assume the post of Bukit Aman CCID principal assistant director with the rank of SAC as well.

Bukit Aman chief inspectorate of Aviation, Air Operations Force, Internal Security and Public Order Department, Bukit Aman, Datuk Mohd Rafique Ramli Ariffin is now the commander of the department.

The list also includes ACP Fazlisyam Abd Majid, who will be helming Selangor CCID while Subang Jaya District deputy police chief Supt Risikin Satiman has been promoted to the district’s police chief.

Bukit Aman Inspector-General of Police (IGP) (Secretariat) Corporate Communications head SAC Datuk Asmawati Ahmad said all transfers and promotions of the 32 senior police officers come into effect on Feb 11.
