Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will be defending his president’s post in PKR’s elections for the 2022/2025 term.
The Port Dickson MP, 75, won the PKR presidency unopposed in the party’s polls for the 2018/2021 term in November 2018.
The party’s elections this time will be held in hybrid form, with in person voting and online voting via Adil that was introduced by PKR on Feb 28 this year.
Nominations for divisional level posts opened on April 8 and ended on Sunday (April 10).
The deadline for nominations for the six top level posts in the party namely president, deputy president and four vice-presidents as well as for top posts in Angkatan Muda Keadilan (Youth wing) and Wanita (Women’’s wing) is Monday.
In person voting will be held from May 13 to 17 while online voting from May 18 to 20.
