Group operated at premises in Rawang.

A total of 22 individuals linked to GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH), including its chief executive officer, Nasiruddin Mohd Ali, pleaded not guilty to charges of involvement in an organised criminal group at the Shah Alam High Court today.
The accused, comprising 13 men and nine women, entered their pleas before Judge Datuk Seri Latifah Mohd Tahar after the charges were read separately, following the case’s transfer to the High Court.

They are accused of being members of an organised crime group operating at premises in Bandar Country Homes, Rawang, between October 2020 and 11 September 2024.
The charges, filed under Section 130V(1) of the Penal Code, carry a prison sentence of between five and 20 years upon conviction.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Shafiq Hashim did not propose bail, citing the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act (SOSMA) 2012, under which the offence falls.
