PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has declared net assets worth an estimated RM11 million.
In a statutory declaration uploaded on the party website, the Tambun Pakatan Harapan candidate declared owning assets worth RM828,667.83 in cash and RM10.35 million in real estate properties, as of Oct 31.
Among the real estate properties are a house in Segambut Dalam, Kuala Lumpur worth RM9 million.
The house was bought in 2005 for RM4 million in cash, which were proceeds from the sale of a property he sold in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
Anwar also declared that he has land in his hometown in Penang, which he inherited in 2014, and another piece of land in Bentong, Pahang worth RM300,000, which he bought this year.
The cash proceeds from selling the Bukit Damansara house were also used to pay for another piece of land in Port Dickson, which he bought for RM1 million in cash.
He also declared his monthly allowance of RM21,755.69 as an MP.
