The Crown Prince of Johor Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim and his wife welcomes an heir to the Johor throne, while singer Datuk Siti Nurhaliza confirms she is four months pregnant.
The Johor Council of Royal Court has announced that Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim, 33, who is Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) president, and Che Puan Khaleeda Bustamam, 24, have been blessed with a baby boy.
The couple married in October 2014 and have a daughter, Tunku Kalsom Aminah Sofiah Binti Tunku Ismail, who was born last year.
The newborn prince is the second grandchild of Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar and his royal consort Permaisuri Johor Raja Zarith Sofiah Binti Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah.
Meanwhile, Siti Nurhaliza announced at a ‘majlis kesyukuran’ (thanksgiving ceremony) at her house last night that she is four months pregnant. The press conference was shown live on her Instagram accounts.
“No words can describe how I feel right now. God has given me the rezeki to have a baby at the age of 38, and in my 11th year of marriage,” Siti said.
The news follows Siti’s decision to take a break from the music scene four months ago.
“For now, I would have to slow down on my activities to focus on my baby,” she added.
